OnePlus has been slowly expanding their device lineup, and it looks like Wood Back Cover Oneplus 2 may have another phone on the way. This time, it may even be a device aimed at those who think screens don't need to be too big. There isn't a lot of info to go on, but a new device from OnePlus has surfaced in GeekBench scan history. Benchmarking data like this is ranked lower on the rumor credibility scale because it is relatively easy to spoof, but that doesn't mean all of the data is false. In this case, it sounds plausible at least. The OnePlus device listed would include a 4.6-inch 1080p display, a Snapdragon 810 SoC, potentially 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, a 12-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front camera, and Android 5.1.1. There are one oddity in the data though: the LCD Digitizer Display Oneplus 2 Two lists as not having HDR capability. Also, the device is listed as not having NFC, which is reasonable given that OnePlus did leave that out of the OnePlus 2 as well. Overall, it sounds like OnePlus is planning something of a "mini" version of its high-end OnePlus 2, which features essentially the same specs but with a 5.5-inch display. What do you all think?   A leaked roadmap reveals some information that owners of certain buy Lenovo A396 branded smartphones are dying to discover. The roadmap allegedly shows when these handsets will be updated to Android 6.0. The first device on the list is the international version of the Lenovo K3 Note. The device is scheduled to receive the update in March, along with the Chinese versions of the Lenovo Note8 and the domestic Lenovo Vibe P1. In April, Android 6.0 comes to the Chinese version of the Lenovo K3 Note, and the international version of the Lenovo A7000. In May, the international versions of the Vibe X3 and Vibe P1 will be updated to Android 6.0. In June, the international Lenovo Vibe S1 will receive the Marshmallow update, followed the next month by the international models of the Vibe X3 and A7000+. The leak was discovered on a Weibo post, which doesn't automatically preclude it from being legit. Still, Lenovo just might be a good idea to take this story with the proverbial grain of salt.

Did you know that China has over 200 Android app stores but no downloads come from Google Play? Although Android has always played second fiddle to iOS in regards to mobile gaming bragging rights, this doesn't mean the robot Doogee Turbo2 DG900 battery is all work and no play! In fact, apparently 80% percent of mobile gamers in China alone use Android devices, which has to stand for something. Alas, Google doesn't profit much from Android's overwhelming popularity in the Middle Kingdom. While Google Play is yet to find firm ground on Chinese soil, third-party app stores are absolutely killing it over there. Currently, there are more than 200 different app stores competing for their share of users, which, sheer over-abundance of content aside, makes it quite difficult to distribute a game across the entire Chinese app market. The top three Chinese app stores are 360 Mobile Assistant, Myapp, and Baidu Mobile Assistant. Developed by Quihoo Software, 360 MA serves at least 400 million users. Created by Tencent, maker of the popular WeChat messenger, Mypp reported 110 million app downloads a day. And Baidu, which is created by the country's largest search engine, published two of the ten most downloaded apps of 2014. While Google is planning ways (and fighting government battles) to make its services present in this dynamic and lively place, Apple's App Store Doogee Titans2 Dg700 smartphone is still the one and only source of downloadable applications for Chinese users. Widespread piracy aside, 65% of app downloads come directly from the App Store, which means China is, indeed, a major market for iOS apps and games. In a final interesting tidbit of info, Chinese gamers tend to install a new game every three days or so, which means they aren't stuck in an eternal Clash Of Titans / Candy Crush loop, but are actively searching for and enjoying new titles. Moreover, the number of installs is the highest on weekends, and Android 4.4 OS for one reason on another, lowest on Tuesdays. Maybe Chinese gamers only rest on Tuesdays before returning to the battle arenas? Who knows...

 Google Now is already a killer feature for OUKITEL A28 Android users, but it's not done improving. The newest addition to Google Now's voice command options is that it will now let you ask to hear your latest messages and then give you your last five messages so you can easily get through and deal with them as you want. If you ask some form of the question "show me my latest messages," Google now will list your newest five SMS messages. First it will ask if you want to hear a message, then ask you if you want to reply to said message. There are a few tricks to this though. You need to use either the phrase "OUKITEL U8 show me my last messages" or "show me my latest messages", because saying "show me my newest messages" or "read me..." instead of "show me", Google Now will offer up your newest Gmail messages and not allow for further voice commands. Also, this feature only works with your carrier SMS messages. If you're someone (like me) who primarily uses Google Voice for SMS, this feature is useless right now, but we're hoping that Google adds Google Voice messages to this eventually. However, if you use your carrier SMS, No.1 Accessories doesn't appear to care what your default SMS app is and should work with anything.

Android 6.0 update is available for the Elephone G1 in certain regions of Europe Earlier this month, the battery Elephone G1 was updated to Android 6.0 in South Korea. Prior to that, owners of the Elephone flagship in Poland had their Elephone G1 updated to the latest build of Google's open source OS. Apparently, there aren't any major problems with Android 6.0 running on the handset, as the update is spreading to other regions in Europe. The update is not being sent out OTA, and requires the use of Elephone Bridge. That means that the phone needs to sync with a PC in order to receive the hefty file, which weighs in at 1.55GB. According to a Reddit poster, the Elephone P7000 TOUCH SCREEN update is available in Portugal, Poland, Romania, Germany, Turkey, U.K., Croatia, Hungary and Switzerland. Elephone's own website includes a laundry list of changes that are coming to the Elephone G1 with the Android 6.0 update. For example, Doze will put your phone into a deep sleep, shutting down apps running in the background, notifications and alarms, when the phone is inactive for a period of time. This extends the battery life of the handset. Knock Code will now have to be comprised of 6 taps using at least three of the quarters. App permissions can be allowed or denied on a feature-by-feature basis, and Silent Mode can be enabled from the notifications panel. One change to the UX includes the addition of the Allow Peeking feature. This allows you to read notifications on the top of the screen without the display getting covered up.
